The head of the games and sports departments is Mr. Ndawula Ronald Reagan. He took over from the Late Kayiizi Vicent.

Games played at the school include the following.

1. Football for both boys and girls.

2. Netball

3. Volley ball for both boys and girls. 

5. Table Tennis

6. Scrabble

7. Chess

8. Athletics.

Best Moments / Achievements

1. Volley ball boys champions in Kalungu district 2011, 2012 under captain Isoban David and 2013 under captain Nyanzi Ahmed.

2. Volley ball girls champions Kalungu district 2013 under captain Twonjoirwe Novious, 2014, 2015 and 2016 under captain Mawuwa Allen.

Tournaments Played Externally

- NPP boys qualifiers Kalungu district 1st term.

- Ball Games i.e. Netball, Volley ball 2nd term. 

Internal Tournaments

1. Inter-house competitions Term II. The houses include;

(i) Mulumba ~ Mighty and right.

(ii) Kizito ~ Excell regardless.

(iii) Mugagga ~ Unto the peak

(iv) Lwanga ~ Winners never quit.

St. Stephen's College Bajja is located located along Kampala - Masaka highway 1.5km from Lukaya town, barely 3 hours from Kampala. It is a private school with a current ratio of 1:1.5 boys to girls. It offers both sciences and arts. The school, though on a catholic foundation, admits students of all faiths.
