Message from the board of Directors
We absolutely believe that people unless inspired, never reach maximum capabilities. One of the best kept secrets of success, is have one to inspire you. That is non other than a great teacher.
Many of teachers of St. Stephen's College Bbajja are not ordinary, not good, not even creative but great teachers; Great teachers are those capable of inspiring other people. Use this chance of educating your son or daughter at St. Stephen's College Bajja. Teachers really care.
If the great teachers have one thing in common, is to build who list individuals. In response to the above, we mould God respecting, academically competent with sound vocational skills, sports development and responsible individuals.
Parents of St. Stephen's college enjoy unlimited limited freedom interacting with the teacher in process of educating the dear sons and daughters of Uganda.
The students find real parent in the artistically designed compound that offer the ideal ambiance to learners. The school facilities encourage any individual to develop his talent to the maximum.
St. Stephen's is among the few schools that have very cordial ties with old students. The old students feel at home when, the name of their school is mentioned. Do you know why? Simply they were inspired.
May God bless you all and St. Stephen's college Bajja in particular.

Message from the Head Teacher
First and foremost, I wish to thank God for our lives and you for whatever you have done to make our motherland Uganda a better place for our children.
In a few words possible I wish to express who we are especially to those who have not had a chance to come to this robust St. Stephen’s College Bajja (SCOBA)
As our motto goes, “Education for a better tomorrow”, we strive to provide quality education intended to bring up a holistic person who can fit in this competitive and yet challenging world. We focus our energies on ensuring that we pass out children who are acceptable whenever they go because of their exceptional discipline and the spirit of hard work.
Our Chairman Board of Directors – Mr. Mulema Dennis Ssinsonga once said
“........... the World is so dynamic that our juvenile generation needs such intensive guidance so that they can acquire a point of reference by which to determine their own destiny”
At SCOBA our core values are discipline and excellent performance.
To ensure our success, we attach great importance to spiritual nourishment. The school is Catholic founded but we embrace all other acceptable religious donominations and our cardinal responsibility is to encourage every student to have strong faith.
We have built a sound and effective team that has for years produced excellent academic results. Team work has built corporate intelligence (Knowledge), increased efficiency, togetherness and quicker coverage of syllabi which have enhanced academic performance. Our conscientious and responsive staff have made it a culture for our students to crave for excellent performance.
It would be underscoring to under estimate the contribution of the Board of Directors. I therefore bid to register my sincere gratitude to the Board especially the Principal Director for his fatherly heart and diligent work. With his Immaculate heart, he offers bursaries to academically sound but economically humble students.
In conclusion, I wish to thank the staff for the selfless efforts to make SCOBA the best education Institution. The old students of the school play a magnificent role, therefore we are much pleased to have such industrious body of young men and women.
At St. Stephen’s College, we believe in transforming and inspiring to excellent performance.
“Education for a better tomorrow”
